Terms of Service
Anyone who wishes to commission Eminence's Workshop must read and agree to the terms of service.
Quotes and Commissions:
Quotes expire 60 days after their initial offering. You must request a new quote if a quote has expired. Quotes do not include Shipping. Please refer to the section on Shipping for more information on this topic.
Any Commission greater than $150 USD will require a 30% Non-Refundable Deposit before any work is initiated on the Commission. Commissions must be paid for in full before they will be shipped. If a commission is not paid in full within 30 days of it's completion it will be forfetted to Eminence's Workshop. There will be no refund of any payments made up to that point.
Shipping:
Commissions have an additional shipping cost. Eminence's Workshop is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments. We will attempt to accommodate any shipping carrier requests and we encourage the use of insurance when deciding on shipping method.
Select Commissions may be open to the option of "Con Delivery." Eminence's Workshop will transport the completed Commission to a previously agreed upon convention at no cost if this option is selected. The item must be paid in full at least a week before the agreed upon convention. A photo id and signature will be requested before the item is turned over.
Cancellation or Termination of a Commission:
Eminence's Workshop retains the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. Any work done on Terminated or Canceled Commissions will remain the property of Eminence's Workshop. In the case of a Commission being Terminated by Eminence's Workshop a refund of any payment except for the initial Non-Refundable deposit will be issued. In the event that the Commissioner Cancel's the Commission there will be no refund issued.
